We already have a great group of owners at Blue River Woods including a vibrant mix of young families as well as empty nesters looking for a peaceful place to call home, that is convenient to shopping, parks and public and private schools. Our development team is entirely local, living in the area and some even call Blue River Woods home.
As the second phase of the development has opened, planning and work is underway on neighborhood amenities, including entrance monuments, landscaping, an asphalt walking trail, and even a pool for cooling off and entertaining neighbors and guests.
