Terms of Use
1. I assert that I am a bona fide buyer or seller of real estate;
2. I have not signed any designated agency agreement with any real estate
broker or agent that would prevent me from becoming a client of JOHNSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT;
3. I agree and understand that searches will be restricted to my price range,
and I further acknowledge that my initial search price range is within my area
of general affordability. JOHNSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT reserves the right to restrict
my access to properties based on my ability to qualify;
4. I agree that I will not contact the seller of any property introduced to me
by this web-site, nor will I attempt to view a property or speak with an owner
of a property introduced to me by this site unless through an appointment set
by an agent of JOHNSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT;
5. I acknowledge that when physical home tours (property showings) commence, I
will be requested to become a client of JOHNSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. I achieve client
status by signing a Non-Exclusive or Exclusive Buyer Representation Contract;
6. I agree that JOHNSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT may represent other prospective buyers
seeking to purchase properties that may meet my criteria;
7. I agree to avoid the use of profanity, expletives, derogatory comments or
any terms or phrases that discriminate based upon race, color, sex, religion,
handicap, family status or national origin in any communications on or through
this website; and, I understand that Licensed and Non Licensed employees and
contractors of JOHNSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT will enforce Federal and State fair housing
laws;
8. I understand that this Web site may contain hyperlinks to Web sites
operated by parties other than JOHNSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. JOHNSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is
not responsible for their content nor does the hyperlink in any way imply that
JOHNSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT endorses the material on such Web sites or are associated
with their operators;
9. This agreement will commence upon my acceptance of it by selecting the
'Continue' button and it will expire upon my request or in 6 months, whichever
comes first. I can extend the term of this agreement without loss of service by
renewing this Terms of Use agreement prior to its expiration;
10. If and when requested by JOHNSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, I agree to provide true,
accurate and complete information and to refrain from impersonating or falsely
representing my affiliation with any person or entity;
11. Except with the written permission of JOHNSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, I agree to
refrain from accessing or attempting to access password protected, secure or
non-public areas of this Site. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access
prohibited areas of this Site may be subject to prosecution.
